With their medical background they understand the effects of exercise on disease and injury so are able to develop and adapt exercise programmes for most conditions. Exercise programmes may be fitness or strength based or for those just wanting to “tone up”

WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

An initial session with the physiotherapist is first needed to understand your needs and abilities. Depending on your fitness level further fitness testing may be needed. The physiotherapist will then develop a programme for you and follow you up as appropriate by phone or by appointment.
